Team Builder Position

As we continue to grow our business, the responsibilities of recruiting and training now demand a greater time commitment and attention. Our Operations management is not able to devote the necessary time that is needed, as well as perform their other obligations properly. It is our strong desire to build a great team of great individuals who are committed to the growth of our company and want to share in the success of the business. We have decided to seek out an individual who can play a vital role helping us build that team. This person would be instrumental in finding talented recruits, making sure they are trained properly, and then making sure they are continuously provided the tools and resources they need to stay successful at our company.

Scope of Team’s Responsibilities

The team builder would help us build all teams but will belong to the support team. Our Support team gives assistance to all the other teams in order to help them perform their daily tasks with greater ease. The team builder would be highly involved in the marketing for new hires and then manage the filtering process after that for interviews. The team builder would work directly with management to maintain a schedule for training that are supported by relevant processes and employee handbook. The team builder would also be responsible for managing other employee data for keeping the staff organized and operating with the greatest efficiency. *Though this position has many functions of an HR role, it is not a full fledge HR position. This role has the primary purpose of recruitment, training, and documenting job processes.

Routine Tasks

  • Construct job postings and descriptions 
  • Process & respond to applications
  • Maintain and update process and procedures manual
  • Maintain and update employee handbook
  • Planning and managing company events

  • Prepare for incentive meetings

Day to Day with Us

A typical workday begins at 8 am and ends at 4:30 pm with a ½ hour lunch. We do operate in a fast-paced environment that can be difficult for some, while others love and get excited about the hustle.
