TOPSOIL FOR SALE

Over the past 5 years we have been developing our property by building yards for inventory and parking lots.  In doing so, we have stripped a large amount of nice topsoil that we are now screening and offering for sale.  We have screened and used some material already on our own projects.  This material screened spreads great, and it grows nice healthy grass.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to deliver.  We will be loading the material within 3-yard increments since that is the size of our wheel loader bucket.  We will require a minimum of 9 yards per pickup.  

Selling topsoil is not our normal course of business so we do not have someone designated to load at random times as trucks arrive.  Please call-in advance to make an appointment and reduce wait time, so we can be ready to load you.
