A 12% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.
Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover. There is a 12% buyer premium. A 3% surcharge will be added to all invoices paying by credit or debit card.
Payment and pickup is on Friday June 2nd 2pm – 6pm at 273 Depot Road, West Winfield, NY.
Please Note: This auction is over an hour from our offices. Equipment and assistance loading will only be available on this date and time.
Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed. Additionally, items any items won and not picked up may be moved (at our discretion) and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added to the credit card. These fees are listed below. However, if we decide not to move the lot, any loss of the item will be born by the purchaser who did not abide by the terms of the auction by picking up their winnings at the above listed time and location. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders, however, will be banned from all our future auctions.
Fees for moving items to Bainbridge:.
Small Lot requiring one person’s labor: $10.00
Lot requiring the labor of two people: $25.00
Lot requiring a forklift: $50.00/per lift, plus $1.00 per mile.
Any invoiced item over $50 and not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be resold at 30% commission. Any invoiced items less than $50 will be considered abandoned property and will be resold without any compensation. We will not be liable for any damage to merchandise that is left past the scheduled pick-up date(s) or lost or damaged in transit.
