Selling three(3) Harley Davidsons, 2004 Honda Civic SI, a large variety of very nice tools, antique furniture, household, and more. Be sure to view the catalog beginning to end as different categories of items are scattered throughout different locations. 

Lots 1-375 are the garage and basement shops with a variety of tools, memorabilia and other merchandise. The Antiques and Household generally start at Lot 376, though there are some scattered in the earlier lots of the garage and basement shop.

Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover. There is a 12% buyer premium. A 3% surcharge will be added to all invoices paying by credit or debit card.

Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed at 15% Buyer Premium. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Bainbridge Facility, items won will be moved (at our discretion) and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added to the credit card. These fees are listed below and are there to encourage you to pickup during the scheduled hours, not as a solicitation for trucking. If you do not intend to pickup during the scheduled day and times, don't bid. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.

Fees for moving items to Bainbridge:

Small Lot requiring one person: $10.00

Lot requiring the labor of two people: $35.00

Lot requiring a forklift: $100.00 plus $1.00 per mile.

Pickup for this auction is Saturday December 11th 9:00am - 4:00pm at 2400 County Hwy 1, Andes, NY. Please do not bid if you don't intend to pickup during these hours.

Labor and equipment will be on hand to assist with loading during the scheduled pickup dates.

Shipping: Generally, we are in the auction business, not the shipping business. Our auctions are designed for customer pick-up.  If you would like us to ship an item, you need to understand that we don’t get the high volume rates the big online retailers do. Shipping can be expensive, as some items are bigger and heavier than they appear in the photos. Also, appropriate handling charges will apply. Please inquire on shipping BEFORE you purchase. In addition, the buyer must provide us with a shipping label after obtaining the necessary information from our office. We strongly recommend insurance. We make a diligent effort to pack items in a responsible manner, but it is unreal what these shipping companies can break. We will not be liable for shipping damage.
