Lots begin closing at 7 pm and have a 10 second stagger between lots. A typical Auction takes 2-4 hours to completely close.
Payment Terms:
All invoices will default to a 12% buyer's premium. However, payment made with a Credit Card will be subject to a 3% Surcharge on the total invoice.
Payment and Appointment Deadline:
Friday, December 6, 2024 @ 3 pm
Any buyers who are picking up at our Auction Facility in Sidney, NY and make an appointment by the deadline will have the option to pay at our facility. Payment will be accepted at our Auction Facility in the form of Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card.
We WILL NOT ship Box Store items to satellite locations. All buyers who wish to have their purchases shipped to a satellite location must pay online by the deadline. This is necessary so that the purchased items are shipped in the appropriate time frame to meet the trucking schedule. Online Payment must be Credit card or Wire Transfer.
Any customer who does not contact our office with payment arrangements by the payment deadline will have their registration credit card charged. Appointments can
be made online using the link at the top of the invoice.

Our Satellite Auctions offer two pickup options for buyers to choose from:
Pickup Option 1: Items can be picked up at our Bainbridge Auction Facility (151 County Rd. 38 Bainbridge, NY 13733) on Monday, November 1, 2021 & Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 8:30am-3:30pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Pickup Option 2: Items can be picked up at this Satellite location (The Sussex County Fairgrounds 37 Plains Rd, Augusta, NJ 07822) on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 3pm-6pm & Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 8am-3pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
**Please note, we rent out the satellite location facility. Our access to the facility is restricted to the dates listed above!
