We're providing advance notice that changes to our Auction terms will go into effect April 2nd with our Bedford, Pennsylvania Auction:
- The buyer's premium will now be 13%
- 3% payment surcharge on all invoices - receive a 3% discount when paying by cash, check, or wire transfer (debit cards are processed as card payments)
- $25 bank fee is waived for customers who pay with wire transfer
- All customers must act within 2 days of auction:
- Satellite pickups: Appointment Scheduled & Payment Made
- Sidney pickups: Appointment made with the option to pay at pickup
- Non-compliance: Card charged at 3 PM on second day after Auction Closing

This Auction is set with a "Soft Close": Any bid received within the last three(3) minutes of any property's scheduled close will reset the clock to three(3) minutes until closing, allowing bidding to continue until there are no further bids. In the unlikely event of a technical failure, we reserve the right to reschedule the bidding to a later date.
