The primary focus of our Yard team members is the efficient and strategic movement of inventory and keeping a logical, organized flow of the goods coming in and going out of our yard and warehouse. Over the course of a workday, the Yard team may assist with operations such as, receiving inventory, moving, and organizing Auction pickups, staging items for photographs used in our Auction catalog, loading
customers, and more.
Scope of Team's Responsibilities
Individuals in the Yard position are versatile and assist any department, as needed. They are responsible for a wide variety of duties, from unloading tractor-trailers of building material that arrive at our facility, to loading outgoing trucks with many steps in between. As incoming inventory arrives and is correctly tagged, the team places it into its proper Inventory Position. When the items are ready to be put into an Auction, the items are pulled from there and staged for our catalog. From there, items are weighed and are prepared to be loaded for outgoing Auctions. This team also provides product to the sorting team and then puts away product that has been sorted.

Day-to-Day with Us
A typical workday begins at 8 am and ends at 4:30 pm with a ½-hour lunch. Because we are a deadline business, we
sometimes have to stay late to finish work in order to meet our deadline. We do operate in a fast-paced environment that is difficult for some, while others love and get excited about the hustle. There is always something to do. Keeping up is always a battle, but it keeps us busy.
