Role Summary

This role focuses on engaging, activating, and scaling our existing customer base across Lambrecht Auction’s organic marketing channels. It is a hands-on position focused on producing, managing, and optimizing customer-facing marketing across email, SMS, social, and short-form video, while maintaining brand trust through real, human-led content. 

The role reports directly to the Marketing Director and is designed to take ownership of defined execution areas, drive consistent day-to-day output, and help extend our organic presence into additional channels. 

Core Responsibilities
Own the execution and continuous improvement of customer engagement across email, SMS, and organic channels, using performance data to refine and improve outcomes over time.
  • Execute communications across organic email and SMS
  • Create and schedule organic social media posts
  • Produce short-form video content (You Tube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
  • Cross-post and optimize video content across platforms
  • Own creative production/postproduction, including basic video editing, image creation, and email template design
  • Support email/SMS onboarding flows, lifecycle automation, and drip campaigns
  • Maintain analytics tracking across organic touchpoints (work in coordination with analytics team)
  • Reputation management (comments, messages, and reviews)\
  • Use AI tolls for ideation, drafting, and efficiency while ensuring customer-facing content remains human-led

  • This is not an entry-level role and not a pure manager role. It is a senior execution role with growing technical depth.

This role involves strategy, execution and quality control - directly tied to business outcomes.

Skills and Experience
  • 4-8 years of experience owning social, email, and SMS channels
  • Experience creating short-form video for social platforms
  • Strong understanding of organic social media best practices
  • Experience using AI tolls to support creative workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines tied to auction schedules
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced cycles
  • Familiarity with analytics tracking and basic attribution concepts
Compensation
  • Base salary: $65,000 - $71,000 (depending on experience)
  • Additional performance-based compensation

Work Location
  • Preference for local candidates
  • Open to remove candidates for the right fit (Must be Eastern Time Zone)
