We've been asked multiple times about the patio doors having frames. The photos are set up so one panel is interior and the other is exterior. Most are complete sets including the frame. All that information is noted in the "Details" tab.
Be certain to read the “Details” tab on each item before you bid. It is where damage and additional information is noted. As always, measurements are Height x Width x Depth unless otherwise noted (Windows are width x height).
Pick-up for this auction is Friday, April 30, 2021 from 9:00am to 4:00pm and May 1, 2021 from 9:00am – noon at our Bainbridge Facility.
A 12% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.
Model #:NS-CZ70WH0-White. Dent in bottom front corner. All appliances will have a $7.50 warranty surcharge. This warranty goes in effect 30 days after you register the appliance. We guarantee the appliance to be functional when you get it home. Register it immediately with the card we give you and the warranty kicks in 30 days from the date it is registered by you.
Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover. There is a 15% buyer premium if paying by credit or debit card. Those paying by cash or check will be charged a 12% buyer premium (3% discount off the buyer premium).
Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed at 15% Buyer Premium. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Bainbridge Facility, items won will be moved (at our discretion) and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added to the credit card. These fees are listed below. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.
Shipping: Nothing in this auction will be shipped. Everything must be picked up at our auction facility in Bainbridge, NY on the specified dates.
