Auction Closing Time: Monday, September 8, 2025 @ 7pm 

* Lots begin closing at 7 pm and have a 10 second stagger between them.  A typical Auction takes 2-4 hours to completely close.

Payment & Appointment Deadline: Wednesday, September 10, 2025 @ 1 pm

Appointments must be scheduled online using the link at the top of your invoice. 

Selecting a pick-up location on your invoice is for tax purposes only and does not notify our staff or reserve an appointment. 

Failure to schedule through the official link means your items will not be shipped to that satellite location. 

Accepted online payments: Credit Card, or Wire Transfer ( All credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge)

Buyers have two options for pickup:

Option 1: Local Pickup – Sidney, NY Auction Facility

Address: 171 Delaware Ave, Sidney, NY 13838
Pickup Days: Monday, September 15, 2025, 8:30 am - 3 pm and Tuesday, September 16, 2025 8:30 am - 3 pm

Option 2: Satellite Location Pickup

Address: Three County Fairgrounds, 54 Old Ferry Rd. Northampton, MA 01060 **Gate 5**

Pickup Days: Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 2 pm - 5:30 pm and Thursday, September 18, 2025, 8 am - 2:30 pm.

Please note: These deadlines are critical to ensure your items are properly trucked to the satellite location.
Failure to meet the deadline will result in your items needing to be: Picked up at our Sidney, NY facility, or Consigned for future sale, at our discretion.

Important: If no payment arrangements are made by the deadline, your credit card(s) on file will be automatically charged.
If payment is not successfully fulfilled, your items will be placed back into a future auction, and your bidding privileges will be revoked for all future Lambrecht Auctions.
