There has been a significant increase lately of people leaving purchases in Bainbridge well past the scheduled pick-up dates and then showing up whenever they feel like to pick up. This is going to stop. If you do not intend to pick up during the times listed above, then please don't bid. We are geared for pick-up during these times and are more than happy to accommodate you in any way possible. After that you may come and find the building locked. There has been talk of charging storage and handling fees past the date of pick-up as everything has to be moved and found again. This all takes time in addition to taking employees away from their tasks at hand. I really don't want to go down that road as the vast majority of our customers are super, so please, pick-up according to the terms and removal times. It is much appreciated.

December Consignment

Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover. There is a 12% buyer premium. A 3% surcharge will be added to all invoices paid by credit card.

Payment and pickup is at our Bainbridge Auction Facility - Saturday December 14th 8am – 10am, Monday & Tuesday December 16th & 17th 8:30am – 4:30pm both days.

Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed.  Any invoiced item over $50 and not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be resold at 30% commission. Any invoiced items less than $50 will be considered abandoned property and will be resold without any compensation. We will not be liable for any damage to merchandise that is left past the scheduled pick-up date(s).  Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders, however, will be banned from all our future auctions.

Labor and equipment will be on hand to assist with loading during the scheduled pickup dates.

Shipping: Generally, we are in the auction business, not the shipping business. Our auctions are designed for customer pick-up.  If you would like us to ship an item, you need to understand that we don’t get the high-volume rates the big online retailers do. Shipping can be expensive, as some items are bigger and heavier than they appear in the photos. Also, appropriate handling charges will apply. Please inquire on shipping BEFORE you purchase. In addition, the buyer must provide us with a shipping label after obtaining the necessary information from our office. We strongly recommend insurance. We make a diligent effort to pack items in a responsible manner, but it is unreal what these shipping companies can break. We will not be liable for shipping damage.
