Wet Insulation Load, Bainbridge, NY Tuesday, November 29, 2022

We had a large insulation delivery in which some of the insulation arrived wet.  After receiving the items we investigated and was made aware that the product was stored outside before it was delivered to our facility.  We know this is not an ideal product but someone may be able to salvage some of it or find a use for it.  We are selling these in larger lots at a quantity of 1 instead of our usual lot size which is multiplied by the number of bags in the lot.  You can attempt to dry it out by laying it in a warm place to dry and/or using dehumidifiers and fans.  The items in this Auction are sold "AS IS" and they can't be returned or replaced.  PLEASE NOTE: The pickup location we be at the "OLD KMART BUILDING" which is located at 171 Delaware Avenue, Sidney, NY 13838.  The ONLY pickup day that is scheduled is on Saturday December 10th, 2022 from 9am to 3pm. Once the Auction closes we will be reaching out to confirm pickup details.
